I am delighted to announce that the ITI LIFT Website subcommittee which comprises myself , Tamas Meri and Andrea Tuzzolo supported by our wonderwoman website designer Karolina Karczmarek Giel are soon to be in a position to hand over our new site to the general LIFT committee for their comments and approval. Hopefully we will be able to do this at or before the next LIFT committee meeting.
We have had many, many meetings over the last 18 months and have discussed everything from which images are appropriate for which pages to the finer points of adapting and/ or designing logos and drafting suitable and attractive content.
We are extremely grateful to Karolina of karovscode.com who has generously provided her services for free.
We now have a professionally designed site which members will be able to use to showcase their various skills.
Well done to us four for staying with it and coming out smiling on the other side! I think that we have all learned a lot and that none of us (except Karolina!) could have anticipated just how much is involved in building a website!
